Meet the team

Integral is developed by MEI, an independent charity committed to improving maths education. The Integral team work as part of MEI’s wider team, and colleagues throughout MEI contribute to the development of its resources. Our maths education specialists have considerable classroom experience and deep expertise in the teaching and learning of maths.

Andy Lumley

Head of Learning Technology

Andy oversees the development of Integral and works with the team to identify and implement improvements to maths content, and the functionality and usability of the site.

Catherine Berry

Lead Resource Developer

Catherine creates, develops and reviews maths resources for Integral and organises the resources on the site. She is also involved in the technical development of the platform. Catherine supports users by answering their queries, particularly those about teaching and learning with Integral.

Rosie Benton

Content Developer

Rosie creates, develops and reviews maths resources for Integral. Part of her work is to ensure that resources are suitably tailored to particular specifications and reflect current educational approaches.

Sophie Goldie

Content Developer

Sophie creates, develops and reviews maths resources for Integral. Part of her work is to ensure that resources are suitably tailored to particular specifications and reflect current educational approaches.

Alyson Stibbard

Technical Developer

Alyson works on the technical aspect of Integral to develop its functionality and ensure site performance and reliability.

Hannah Pinch

Admin Lead

Hannah is responsible for managing the administrative activity which supports Integral users. This includes processing subscriptions and overseeing data and statistics relating to the platform. Her role includes equipping customers with the information they need from creating accounts through to supporting their use of the platform.

Leanne Parsons

Administrator

Leanne provides administrative support and assistance to Integral’s users. This includes equipping customers with the information they need from creating accounts through to supporting their use of the platform. Her role includes processing subscriptions, updating resources, managing the Help and FAQ site and overseeing the process for adding transcripts and subtitles to the videos on Integral.
